Friday Floral is a studio at the intersection of botanical sculpture and hospitality design. We work with Austin's most intentional spaces to develop botanical identities as considered as the rooms they occupy.

ABOUT
Prior to founding Friday Floral, Dasha Gastol, spent her career in luxury hospitality marketing—a path that led her through some of the world’s most breathtaking spaces. What resonated long after checkout was the floral design: the way a single arrangement could transform an environment, convey emotion, and articulate a brand's identity
Along the way, she cultivated a rigorous study of the craft, blending formal apprenticeships and design coursework with a lifetime of travel fueled by botanical curiosity. Every experience became an education in global tradition: the disciplined restraint of Japanese Ikebana; the Netherlands’ mastery of abundance; the loose, sun-bleached gestures of the Mediterranean. To Dasha, the world’s diverse design languages have been her greatest teachers.
That perspective defines Friday Floral. Our work draws from international traditions and design logic, honoring their history while translating them into botanical art that feels both local and contemporary.
The name is borrowed from one of hospitality's quietest rituals: at the world's best hotels, Friday is when the stage is reset — fresh arrangements in place before the first guest of the weekend arrives.
Today, Dasha brings a rare convergence of hospitality fluency and a world-traveled eye to Austin’s most intentional spaces.

Biophilic Design for Private Residences
Friday Floral offers limited weekly arrangements and subscription programs for select Austin residences. Starting at $500, each arrangement is site-specific, seasonally informed, and delivered Monday through Thursday.
